Bring the whole family out to the Uvalde Civic Center for an afternoon of inspiring messages, creating art with the community, great music and yummy eats- all for free!
A special line up of performers, including Grammy-nominated artist, Saul Paul, and the Latin Grammy-nominated artist, Gary Hobbs, will keep you on your feet.
Enjoy activities such as painting with renowned artist Abel Ortiz, a great set-up from the San Antonio DoSeum, and make-and-take art pieces with the Young Artist Program (YAP) from UTSA. Plus, visit booths to learn about other activities taking place in Uvalde during spring break week.
Event Schedule:
1 p.m: Doors to the Civic Center open, food available
1 – 5 p.m: San Antonio DoSeum experience open, Photo booth open
1 – 7 p.m: UTSA Young Artist Program (YAP) arts and crafts, vendor fair open, community art project with artist Abel Ortiz
